[NOVA] - Veil

NOVA - Introducing the villains.

CODES REMASTER

First one is Veil, the loudmouth hardhead of the codes, so his design screams vibrancy. As codes are categorized as the failures of the race who weren't completely compatible with the transmutation surgery, they represent themselves with imperfections or biomechanical parts - his being the discolored skin on the sides of his entire frame, soldered together with his original skin.

His powers that have been displayed consist of being able to generate and manipulate kinetic energy of unknown kind, possibly all kinds of energy in general - that, along with the ability to radiate and emit poison, himself being an antibody.

Veil was one of the codes closest to becoming a NOVA from human basis, therefore retained most of his physical form, hence he can use NOVA-specialised abilities as well, or at least some of them.
